With a track record of building market-leading systems across healthcare, government, and education, Elton brings deep expertise in HIPAA-compliant platforms, AI-powered analytics, and scalable cloud architectures. He's not just building software—he's building a movement to transform autism care.

Lincoln co-founded Bliik with a mission to leverage AI and modern software architecture to eliminate barriers to autism care. As CTO, he leads all technical development, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and clinically reliable. His background in AI engineering and Clean Architecture drives Bliik's innovation in matching algorithms and automated workflows.

Lincoln is also a published researcher, with peer-reviewed work on AI's role in chronic disease prevention. He combines academic rigor with real-world engineering expertise, having built systems for government transparency, healthcare analytics, and enterprise automation across multiple countries.

Emanuel co-founded Bliik with a deep commitment to ensuring every child with autism receives high-quality, evidence-based education and therapy. As Chief Education Officer, he oversees all clinical education programs, therapist training curriculum, and quality assurance protocols. His two decades of experience in autism education and ABA therapy ensure that Bliik's platform delivers not just access, but excellence in care.

Marcia co-founded Bliik with a deep commitment to ensuring families and educators have access to clear, evidence-based information about autism and ABA therapy. As Chief Communications Officer, she leads all content strategy, family communications, and diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Her 26 years of experience in strategic communication and 6+ years specializing in autism education ensure that Bliik's messaging is both scientifically accurate and deeply empathetic.

Marcia is also co-founder of Adapte, where she has dedicated over six years to providing evidence-based autism education and training. With a Master's in Communication and post-graduate specialization in ABA intervention, she bridges the gap between complex clinical concepts and accessible family resources. Her work champions neurodiversity, promotes inclusive communication, and empowers mothers and teachers with the tools they need to support autistic children effectively.
